1. What is the estimated delivery time ?

        ~ International customers can expect longer shipping times, depending on the country in which they live.
        ~ Normally Shipping time is 3 to 14 business days from the date of shipping.
        ~ No extra cost for delevery. It’s totally free.
        ~ Note: Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates and shipments can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, like postal strikes or severe weather.

3. Processing of Orders ?

        ~ We generally process and ship orders with 24-48 hours of payment clearance. If an order is placed on hold, we will contact you.

4. Do I have to pay custom charges on my order ?

        ~ Unfortunately coconutsets is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by coconutsets. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

2. How do I know You have received my order ?

        ~ Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you, this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

3. What should I do if i receive an incorrect or faulty item ?

        ~ We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. So we can get this sorted for you, please drop us a message with the following info:
                        – Your name
                        – Your order number
                        -Product name & code (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
                        -Picture of the fault / incorrect item.

4. Can I cancle or change my order ?

        ~ we’ll start processing your order as soon as we receive the clear payment. Therefore, if you need to cancle or change your order you have to hurry up. Before you get shipping confamation email, you can change or cancle the order. This means that once your order has been shipped, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.

        ~ Firstly notify contact@coconutsets.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You must including your name, order number and resons for return or replacemnet. Then wewill inform you, we accept or not your return or replacement.
        ~Then you can ship our item/s. Make sure all returned products are unused and in original packaging. (If you are return used item, we do not accept it)

Please note you’re responsible for shipping costs (unless the product is damaged) and your return will be processed within 3-4 weeks. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.

        ~ They’re really durable but, as with most things, a little love goes a long way. These four steps are key to a long lasting relationship:
                        – Rins your item before use.
                        – Handwash only with lukewarm soapy water.
                        – Don’t use refrigerator, microwave or dishwashers.
                        – Don’t expose extream heat.
                        – Polish your item with coconut oil as often as you wantto keep the shiny and smooth finish.
